Terms and Conditions
Please take time to read carefully the following terms and conditions for your own information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the various terms associated with your contract before placing any bookings. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.
1. Transfer
1.1 When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our computer system. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Belarus law, and the jurisdiction of the Belorussian Courts.
1.2 Minsk Airport Transfer acts at all times as a provider of transportation services. Minsk Airport Transfer provides searching and booking of transfers on its website. Minsk Airport Transfer is a local operator. The contract for the provision of transportation services is concluded between You and Minsk Airport Transfer.
1.3 A transfer is the movement of one or more passengers from one location to another.
1.4 The cost of transfer depends on the type of vehicle and the distance between two locations. The price does not depend on address within the Minsk city.
1.5 The transfer is carried out with a vehicle which corresponds to the number of passengers and pieces of luggage.
1.6 The location of departure and destination must have a particular address (e.g., airport, sea port, railway station, bus station, hotel or any other specific address)
1.7 The driver waits for the client at the pickup location holding a sign with client’s name on it.
2. Booking
To make a booking, you must send us an email, make a phone call, drop a message or fill in all the required fields on online booking form. You must enter your information using Latin characters.
2.1 Choose a city or an airport as your Pick-up and Drop-off locations.
2.2 Select the right number of passengers. Please be aware that all children (regardless of their age) are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat.
2.3 Enter your travel details: address, flight number as well as your contact information. Make sure the mobile phone number you entered is correct and the phone will be with you at the time of arrival. We don’t take any prepayment. To avoid spam bookings we can request additional confirmation of your booking via SMS. If you will receive such request to your mobile phone number, please confirm your booking.
2.4 Please to note that, for each additional stop, an extra-charge of, at least, 10.00 € will be add to the basic price provide on our website.
2.5 In order to confirm the booking, Minsk Airport Transfer sends you a confirmation email. If you do not have received this email in the next 2 hours following the introduction of your booking, please check your spam box.
2.7 The client is responsible for accuracy of all of the travel details. You must check and ensure that all information you provide is correct and complete. In case of transfer failure due to incorrect data (e.g., contact information, pickup time and place), our service will not assume any responsibility and can request to be paid for the booking confirmed. Make sure the time you enter is the local time in the country of transfer.
3. Changes and Cancellation Policies
3.1 All bookings must be canceled no later than 24 hours (for bookings that require crossing the state Belarusian border 72 hours) before the time of the beginning of the transfer for a full refund without penalties (excluding money transfer fees). To cancel a booking the client should send an e-mail to our service with booking details send SMS or call us.
3.2 Any changes (such as transfer date and time, destination, etc.) must be made no later than 24 hours (for bookings that require crossing the state Belarusian border 72 hours) before the transfer starts.
3.3 The client must inform customer support about the changes 24 hours (for bookings that require crossing the state Belarusian border 72 hours) prior to the transfer via e-mail by sending a message to our service. Changes come into force right after they have been confirmed by a customer support representative.
3.5. In case of emergency changes (less than 24 hours before the transfer starts or 72 hours for bookings that require crossing the state Belarusian border), the client must inform our service. Our team will estimate if there is some possibility of accepting the modification or not, free of charge or with any potential extra charge.
4. Meeting the Driver
4.1 In the case of airport pick up the driver will meet the client in the airport arrival area at the time specified in booking. The driver will be hold a board with client’s name (as noted in the booking) on it.
4.2 Your driver will be waiting for you following the next rules:
– Hotel, private address or public place: 15 min.
– Airport: 45 min. after the official landing time of the flight for the all car classes.
When included waiting time has been finished starts additional waiting time. Every 1 hour of additional waiting time cost 15 EUR. Hourly billing.
4.3 The driver may want to contact the client by mobile phone prior to departure to arrange the meeting.
4.4 If some reason the driver cannot pick-up the client in time, he must inform the client in advance.
4.5 The client must be waiting for the driver at the meeting point at the time specified in the booking.

4.7 If the driver fails to show up at pick-up location at the time specified in the booking within 15-20 minutes, the transfer shall be considered cancelled. In order to receive a potential compensation, the client must prove that he was, in fact, waiting for his driver at the time and place specified in the booking. A picture of time board showing the current time and date will serve as acceptable proof. The client must send an e-mail with all the details to our service
5. Luggage
5.1 The number of allowed luggage pieces 1 suitcase per person to the flight company standards + hand bag. If there is an excess luggage it is the client’s duty to inform Minsk Airport Transfer about it. If the baggage does not fit the trunk, the driver will be entitled to cancel your booking without refunding or charge you 15 EUR extra for putting your baggage to a car salon.
5.2 If you have extra-size items with you, it is your duty to inform Minsk Airport Transfer in advance by e-mail or phone.
5.3 Animals are welcome. They have to travel in a cage, appropriate, to be clean, friendly and reported by email to Minsk Airport Transfer, at least, 24 hours before the pick-up date & time set in the booking.
If the client has not informed Minsk Airport Transfer that he would like to travel with animals or extra-size luggage, driver can refuse to operate the mission and this one will be consider as cancelled and has to be paid.
6. Prices and Payment Options
6.2 The payment has to be done to the driver only in cash
6.3 All payments can be made in EUR, USD, GBP, BYN, RUR
6.4 Minsk Airport Transfer is allowed to request to prepay a booking, depending of the parameters of the booking and / or the client’s stats.
If the client is not agreeing to prepay the booking as required by Minsk Airport Transfer, the booking will be cancelled without any advice.
7. Restrictions
7.1 Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation the driver has the right to stop the car and ask you to leave.
7.2 The number of passengers cannot go beyond the seating capacity of the vehicle. Transportation of extra passengers is not allowed. In this case, the driver has the right to refuse service. If so, no deposit will be refunded.
8. Flight Delay
8.1 Your mobile phone (linked to the phone number in your voucher) should be switched on arrival, as your driver may want to contact you.
8.2 Our drivers are aware of changes as monitoring delays. However, a flight delay can result in your transfer being cancelled. In this case, minsk Airport Transfer will call to inform you.
9. Cancellations Made by Minsk Airport Transfer
9.1 An order can be cancelled by the Minsk Airport Transfer for any of the following reasons:
9.1.1 The number of passengers exceeds the vehicle seating capacity;
9.1.2 The client failed to provide correct travel details (flight, route, dates);
9.1.3 The client failed to provide correct contact information;
9.1.4 The client did not confirm booking via SMS in the case of request.
9.2 The customer will be informed of cancellation in advance by e-mail.
10. Refund Policy
10.1 Failed Rides for Pre-Booked services. For Pre-booked services you acknowledge and accept that in the event of a failed Ride due to:
10.1.1 incorrect Pick-uplocation, Ride details (such as number of Passengers or appropriate Vehicle category for the number of Passengers and luggage), flight details, or contact details being provided to us in the Booking process;
10.1.2 the Driver or Trip Provider being unable to contact You for any reason;
10.1.3 the Passengers failing to be at the Pick-uplocation at the Pick-up time or before the end of the waiting times referred to above;
10.1.4 the Passengers failing to rearrange a Pick-up time in accordance with these Terms;
10.1.5 the Passengers requesting unreasonable amendments to the Pick-up time or the Ride;
You will not be entitled to any refund in relation to the Booking and neither we nor the Driver, or the Trip Provider shall have any liability whatsoever to You or any Passenger in respect of the failed Ride or the Booking.
10.2 If the Driver is not at the Pick-up location at the Pick-up time (or such other time as agreed between You / the Passengers and the Driver) (other than as a result of any circumstances beyond our / their reasonable control), provided You have complied with these Terms, You can apply for a refund. We will duly investigate Your refund claim and You agree to cooperate with us during our investigation. If Your refund claim is accepted, it may take up to 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
10.3 You must apply for a refund in writing within 14 days of the Pick-up time.
10.4 We are not obliged to process any refund claims that are not made in writing to us within 14 days of the Pick-up time.
10.5 In all other circumstances, the charges paid by You are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Minsk Airport Transfer.
