In the period from 04.06.2018 to 25.07.2018, foreign citizens and stateless persons can enter, leave, temporarily stay and transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus without visas with a personalized spectator card (fan’s passport or FAN ID) or information on the issuance of such document (this is notified to the foreigner by e-mail) and a valid travel document (passport).

At the same time, fans who travel through Belarus must cross the Belarusian-Russian border only by the used routes of the international road and rail service.
